Kristina Cavallari, Registered Holistic Nutritionist
What is the true meaning of health? For each individual this varies (and sometimes can be really confusing), but it always comes down to listening to your divine self and staying connected to the roots that make you a beautiful and unique individual.
Before becoming a Holistic Nutritionist, I attended college studying Exercise Science with a minor in Health and Wellness. After moving from St. Louis to Vancouver I enrolled into the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition to gain wisdom about natural health. Throughout my journey, I have acquired a deeper understanding of what true health is, and I am passionate to share this with you.
Charlene Beckman, Certified Nutritional Practitioner
I am so passionate about the power of healing!
About 5 years ago, I was struggling with some difficult health challenges. Desperately wanting my health back, I embarked on a holistic model of healing using food, supplementation and a simply yoga practice. It was a profound healing experience which gave me a new perpective on life and great respect for the power that nature can provide.
I quickly became eager to share my experience and newfound zest for life to help others. What felt like a calling led me to the Institute of Holistic Nutrition and now I am a Certified Nutritional Practitioner.
I believe the body will always strive for well-being and balance given the right support by using food, supplements, simple lifestyle changes and a desire to be well. Good health truly is your greatest wealth!
