Nutritional Consulting with an RHN 1 Hour

This consultation will be a deep dive into your health history and goals you would like to achieve. Our professional will spend 60 minutes learning more about you and the package includes:

1. A detailed intake of your past & present health. We have you fill out a questionnaire
2. Provide us with a 3-day detailed dietary journal (meals, snacks, beverages, current medication and/or supplements).
3. Health Assessment done by the professional
4. Customized Health Plan for you based on our recommendations.
5. Follow up 4 weeks after the Health Plan was delivered. At this point we may recommend any necessary adjustments
6. Additional Follow-up ($45 - Optional) After the 4 week follow up you may require additional information. This would be a 20 minute Consult and the focus will be on lifestyle shifts into balancing the body, mind, and soul. We can continue to book follow-up consults until your goals/symptoms have been met or subside and balance is met.
