Eucalyptus Radiata, Niaouli and Cineol Rosemary are invaluable herbs once winter rolls around and help fight respiratory tract infections. The freshness of Peppermint, Fir Balsam and Ravintsara, along with the rich fragrance of Palmarosa, gives Prana its fresh, pleasant, minty scent.

The Breathe Prana essential oils blend is used in aromatherapy to help relieve colds and cough. Add a few drops in a diffuser or in a bath by diluting them with a neutral base. It can also be used for massage therapy when diluted with a carrier oil.

Directions: Inhalation: Add 4 to 12 drops to a bowl of steaming hot water or a diffuser. Inhale slowly for 5-10 minutes. Topical - Bath: Add 2 drops (1st use) up to 8 drops in a neutral emulsifier or foaming base and stir. Bathe for 10 minutes, once a day. Mix 4 to 5 drops in 1 teaspoon (5ml) of vegetable oil; apply 1 time a day.
