Recently we have made some recipe adjustments to reduce the sodium content in our Artisan breads, Pan loaves and Buns while maintaining the same great taste.

Increase the Fibre

Furthermore, we have made some recipe adjustments to increase the fibre content in our Artisan breads, Pan loaves and Buns while maintaining the same great taste.

Non-GMO Canola

We are proud to say that we only use non-GMO canola oil for our Artisan breads, Pan loaves and Buns.
