Breakfast “Energy Boost” Parfait (yields 2)
1 cup vanilla yogurt
1 stick packet of Ester-C® Energy Boost (orange or berry)
1 cup granola
1 cup fresh fruit (berries, banana, peach slices)
1 tbsp shredded unsweetened coconut (optional)
In a small bowl, add Ester-C® Energy Boost to yogurt and mix well. Line up two tall, wide-mouth glasses. Spoon 2 tablespoons of yogurt mixture into each glass and smooth layer. Evenly spoon 2 tablespoons of granola into each glass on top of yogurt layer. Add 2 tablespoons of fresh fruit to each glass on top of granola layer. Repeat the layers and sprinkle shredded coconut on top before serving.
