Summer is a busy time! With so much to do and see, we might forget about our health goals! But a plant-based smoothie is an easy way to save the day!
Smoothies are quicker than running to your nearest fast-food joint. Plus, they pack a better nutritional punch! When you add the right ingredients, like vitamin-rich fruits and vegetables, and filling sources of protein like seeds, nuts, or powders, you’ll have sustained energy all day long. This recipe from Meg De Jong
combines the power of Organika’s Plant-Based Collagen Booster
with vitamin C-rich superheroes like oranges, and strawberries! Did you know that vitamin C
is essential for collagen production? Vitamin C helps to create the structure of collagen, as well as works as an antioxidant to reduce the breakdown of the collagen we’ve created! So when you’re in a rush, try out this plant-based smoothie recipe for a quick and nourishing treat!
